Practical conditions

1. Weather: The rental can only take place if the rental provider considers the conditions favorable (skill level, weather, etc.).
2. Swimming Ability: The customer declares that they can swim 25 meters without the aid of any flotation device.
3. Age Requirement: Must be an adult or accompanied by an adult.
4. Contract and Waiver: Must be signed – downloadable.
5. Deposit / Identification: A deposit and a valid ID are required.
6. Liability: You navigate entirely at your own risk and under no circumstances can 123KAYAK be held liable.
